This is the first of two blog posts I will be posting about a diet plan I was recently asked to review. The initial post includes my first impressions of the Shake That Weight products and weight loss plan. My life is always so busy and I’ve been wanting to focus on my weight again for quite some time. I’ve previously tried and reviewed other weight loss plans, so I was excited to try something new.
After researching into the different options available with Shake That Weight, I chose to do the 2 Week Woman Meal Plan. Shake That Weight is designed for rapid weight loss and the products are advertised as being easy to prepare.
The website is extremely helpful and a useful tool when looking into which plan you should do. It asks a variety of questions about yourself to determine which plan will be the right plan for you.
My first impressions are that all of the products I ordered are tasty and much thicker in texture than I expected. There is such a variety of products available, I think it is brilliant that they have quite a large range available.
The hunger pangs so far haven’t been anywhere near as bad as I imagined. There is a good range of sweet and savoury products in the range, unlike other plans I’ve tried where most of the options are very sweet tasting. These products have been helping me to avoid snacking at work, because I’m able to quickly make one of the products up and it keeps me full until my next break.
