I love going out for cocktails with friends, or relaxing in front of the TV with a cocktail. When a huge box of cocktail mixers arrive on your door step, you know you’re in for a good time. On what would usually be a lazy Sunday, I spent my day taste testing all of the cocktail mixers which Funkin Cocktails sent me to review.
Funkin Cocktails sell a range of delicious cocktail mixers, which are the answer to creating easy cocktails. No hassle, no mess and no fuss.
Funkin Cocktails are perfect, even if you don’t drink alcohol. You can mix them with lemonade and other drinks to create non-alcoholic cocktails. The products always 100% natural ingredients.
On each cocktail packaging is a suggestion of which spirits you can use with that specific mixer. I was sent the 1 litre cartons, which should make 10 cocktails per carton.
The daiquiri tasted lovely, with a strong taste of strawberry which is what I expected. Delicious and sweet, this is perfect for any Strawberry Daiquiri lover.
Brazilian – Tropical
The Brazilian tropical cocktail mixer was my absolute favourite out of the whole lot. This tasted very refreshing, it’s perfect for a hot summers day. It reminded me of what you’d drink on holiday whilst relaxing by the pool. It tasted similar to Solero ice creams.
Hollywood – Berry
This was totally new to me as a drink, I’ve never tried a cocktail like this one before. Hollywood tasted super fresh, with a strong taste of berries (probably blackberries I think).
The mojito is a drink I’d usually order on most nights out. This was my 2nd favourite mixer out of the whole lot. It tasted very fresh, sweet and fruity. I could drink these continuously, as if they were water – that’s how good they tasted!
Strawberry Woo Woo
The Strawberry Woo Woo mixer tastes great simply poured and stirred over vodka/ice. It tastes sweet, exactly how you’d expect a Strawberry Woo Woo to taste.
Out of the whole lot, the Pina Colada is my least favourite. They just never look appealing to me. This did actually taste so much nicer than I thought it would, which surprised me.
Thank you so much to Funkin Cocktails for sending me these cocktails to try, I had so much fun. I’m currently in the process of moving, but these would be great for throwing a cocktail party with your friends. Funkin Cocktails have definitely got me as a future customer, I adore their cocktail products. I also adore their branding.
Head over to Funkin Cocktails and check out their full product range. You can also purchase Funkin Cocktails from certain stockists, including ASDA, Waitrose, Amazon and more.
