100% Natural, 100% Effective, 100% Affordable. I was recently contacted by the lovely people over at Beauty Kitchen about the opening of the new Holland & Barrett store in York, where Beauty Kitchen also have an amazing new stand. Based in Glasgow, the Beauty Kitchen brand focuses on the mentality that you shouldn’t need to compromise on your beauty products to be kind to the environment – which I totally love.
It’s such an awesome and unique idea that you can create your own Beauty Kitchen body scrub inside the store. There is also a Pick & Mix stand of bath bombs which smell gorgeous.
During my visit to the new Holland & Barrett store in York when I went along to check it out and take some photos, I decided to treat myself to a tin of the Spoil Me Wonder Balm. This stuff is really great, you can apply it to your lips and other dry bits such as your elbows.
The wonderful team at Beauty Kitchen also sent me a box full of awesome Beauty Kitchen goodies to try. When ever I come home to find a box of beauty products waiting for me, I’m always so excited.
I love the ‘Inspire Me’ range, I especially appreciated the team sending me the Facial Cleansing Balm and the Facial Moisture Cream. It’s actually quite difficult describe how awesome the balm is without having you guys try it for yourselves (which you totally should!), on my skin it was a bit like a face mask which comes off really easy. This left my skin feeling so soft and hydrated.
The perfect partner for the balm is the moisture cream, which sinks into the skin really well. The smell of both the balm and cream is very relaxing.
As you can probably tell from reading this review, Beauty Kitchen get a huge thumbs up from me. I absolutely love what they do and I’m obsessed with their products and the fact they are so focused on being natural and ethical.
You can enjoy the Beauty Kitchen experience by heading down to the brand new Holland & Barrett store in York. Please also take a look at Beauty Kitchen, they are such a great brand with awesome products. When I next get paid, I’m heading back to the new store and treating myself to so many bath bombs – I’ve read some really great reviews about them from other bloggers.
