In October 2013, Nourish opened their Sheffield store which serves delicious, fresh food especially for those with dietary requirements.
For those of us who have special dietary requirements, eating out whilst on the go can be an absolute nightmare. That is why I was so happy when I discovered Nourish in Sheffield. I have a dairy intolerance which can result in me being very unwell. It is so refreshing to find somewhere that caters for a variety of dietary needs. This includes vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free and more.
I visited their Sheffield store on Monday. I wasn’t in as much of a rush this time, so I was able to read the menu in full and I can really appreciate what Nourish have to offer their customers. I fancied something refreshing, so I opted for a dairy free smoothie (which was also Vegan) and a nakd bar. I did look at the food menu and it all looked amazing. I can’t wait to try their delicious food, which caters to my dietary requirements.
Nourish are passionate about providing fresh ingredients for you and me. All ingredients are listed clearly on their packaging, which also includes images so you KNOW what your food contains. I’m dairy intolerant, so during my visit I was specifically looking for something that had the dairy free icon on the packaging/menu.
It is so refreshing to come across a fast food restaurant which sells good quality, fresh food and drink. All meals are made fresh daily, which is something they should be really proud of.
Nourish also offer an exciting delivery service. They deliver to the following Sheffield postcodes: S1, S3, S4, S5, S6, S8, S9, S10 and S11. Delivery is free on orders of £25 or more. More information about delivery can be found on nourishrestaurants.co.uk.
I’m also incredibly interested in their Meal Plan Service. Nourish Nutritionist David meets with you to go through a full health assessment and afterwards, David and the Nourish chefs draw up a tailored meal plan. Your meal plan will include: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks & smoothies, any workout nutrition you may require such as a protein shake for after the gym and some supplements which you may be advised to take. I hope that I can soon save up and reward myself, as I think this is brilliant. The price of the plan starts from £25 per day and the minimum amount of time for the plan is 4 weeks. Read more about the Nourish Meal Plan service on the Nourish website.
If you get the chance to visit the Nourish store in Sheffield, please do! You won’t be disappointed. You can expect fresh, well-presented food with a friendly service. The brilliant news is, Nourish have now also opened a store in Leeds!
