PLEASE NOTE: Always Be Gamble Aware and please play responsibly. If you’re anything like me, you like to find alternative ways to pass the time instead of constantly trying to find something new to watch on Netflix. Since my teens, I have enjoyed online gaming and I have dabbled in a variety of different game styles. I generally stick to the free online gaming websites where you “gamble” your tokens (or points, or whatever they are referred to as these websites all call them different things).
Pogo’s website has improved a lot in recent years. It’s a favourite of mine and my step mum’s, as we both enjoy earning the badges from game challenges. Offering plenty of game categories, Pogo is based on a tokens system. It also has a nice little chat function which I’ve used to keep in touch with my family whilst I’ve been away from home.
Big Fish Games is an alternative to Pogo. I personally like the options they give, as you can play their games on PC, Mac, on an iPad or iPhone, or on android devices, meaning these games are more accessible and user friendly. They run much more smoothly than other online gaming websites I’ve tried to play in the past.
Online casino games
If online gambling is your thing, there are a variety of options out there for you to choose from. You may feel better by doing an analysis of trusted casino sites, so that you can research which ones are most suited to you and what you enjoy playing. From slots, to spins, to poker, to bingo, etc, there are plenty of options for you to look into and see what you enjoy the most.
Play in real life
You could make a night of it and organise a night out to a casino with friends. Make sure you are sensible and set limits to how much you want to spend (if anything at all). Alternatively, I do enjoy playing a few games of Bingo every so often. You can read more about my most recent experience when I went along to review an evening at Mecca Bingo in York.
